The Hotend/Extruder I am using is the TH3D Tough Direct Drive Heatsink Extruder with the V6 All-Metal Hotend.
More info is found here: viewtopic.php?f=129&t=12501&sid=52e153c ... 91d4394d90

There is a trouble when using a Hotend/Extruder together, as when pulling a new full 1 KG roll,
the weight of the new roll pulls harder until about ½ inch of the diameter is used up.
So every time when the X-axis travels to the right and needs to pull out more filament,
this causes the Hotend/Extruder to flex a little distorting the 3D print.
The three roller-wheels that use the metal aluminum-extrusion to travel on is where this flexing is occurring.
So I decided to upgrade this X-axis to hopefully correct this trouble.

There was a trouble with the belt alignment, which when the X-axis traveled to each end of the Linear Rail,
the black 3D-printed Belt Clamp Fixture was misaligned with the belt pulleys.

To correct this trouble, I dissembled the Belt Clamp Fixture and removed the two M3 nuts
and drilled all the way through so that the the M3 screws can be assembled from either side.
Next I was able to flip the Belt Clamp Fixture around to the other side, which aligned the X-axis belt correctly.
Reassembled the two M3 nuts and the two belt ends.
With the belt aligned being proper now, I was able to move to the next step of this upgrade.

I use the TH3D Titan (Aero) Tough Direct Heatsink Hotend/Extruder
and the 3DFused New CR-10 X-Axis Linear Rail Kit comes with a Mounting Plate,
which I milled out two hole to a larger size.

The smaller holes which have M3 threads, I was able to use to help secure a new Aero Hotend/Extruder Fixture.

Needed to add a M5 Bolt to the 3DFused X-axis mounting plate so to trip the X-axis Micro Switch.
Drill and tapped for the M5 mm bolt and this worked great for allowing plenty of adjustment.

Also using the 3DFused 3D-Printed X-axis micro-switch adjuster
and drilled and tapped two more M3 holes back from the two places that 3DFused has.
This allows to move the X-axis Micro-Switch back
and using two Brass 1/4 Hex Standoff’s threaded M3 x 0.375" long to mount the X-axis Micro-Switch.
This worked-out very well.

A little bit of info about 3DFused.
3DFused is a small company and normally they do not carry much inventor of there products.
So when you place an order with them you need to be patient as they need time to make your ordered items.
It may take up to about 90 days before you receive your order with them.
I made weekly inquiries of the progress of my order and they always replied back to me with an update.
This was very helpful to me as it gave me confidence that they had not forgotten me and my order with them.
It was about 66 days for delivery and I was very pleased with the quality of the product.
My 3D-Printer is the older CR10 and so I did need to fit the 3DFused CR-10 X-Axis Linear Rail Kit to it,
as you can view my documented adjustments for fitting it into place.
Also because of inflation the cost is not that high, so I would recommend this upgrade.
I am very happy with it. :D
