Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions
Hey guys, I am back after some long(ish) break. Oh no, not him again :o :P :D So, is erskyTX still being developed? Does it still support my 9xtreme and Ar9x boards, or do I have to buy / build some other radios? ;) I have been doing some other stuff but my son asked me to build a couple receivers f...

Hi Sergio, have a look here: https://github.com/MikeBland/mbtx Also for the chip, I don't know where you are, but I am in Europe. This shop in Germany has it. A bit expensive though. https://www.reichelt.com/de/en/8-bit-atmega-avr-microcontroller-256-kb-16-mhz-tqfp-64-atmega-2561-16au-p68180.html?&a...

Re: Turnigy 9X Upgrading to the ATMEGA2561-16AU CPU Chip
I Sergio, I have been away from all this for quite a while as DIY was one of the mai reasons that kept me on this hobby, and it seems no one does it anymore since Frsky started producing radios. :( I still use my 9x radios in all their different flavors. Atmega2561, 9xtreme, Ar9x board, etc. I also ...

Re: Newbie and Turnigy 9x Problem
What do you mean, "select the right protocol"?, I'm loading er9x-128Green.hex, I already told you that my processor is an ATMEGA 128 a-au green Download the radio eeprom to eepe, edit the model, select the correct protocol for the RF module you are using, and then burn the eeprom back to ...

So, you cannot make the radio control a servo? can you download the eeprom to eepe, and select the correct protocol, and then burn the eeprom to the radio again? Then try to move a servo again?

Re: Newbie and Turnigy 9x Problem
The fuses, as far as I remember, look ok. :o Can your radio control a servo? Is it only the screen that is dead? If so, it could be that the screen is damaged, Please try to gently removing the screen ribbon from the connector, then insert it again and lock the connector. Perhaps there is some bad c...

Re: Newbie and Turnigy 9x Problem
Ok, did that radio screen work before?
Can you please use eepe to read the fuses, and post them here?
Connect your programmer to the radio as you do to flash the firmware. Then open eepe, and click on the "Burn" menu. Then select "Read Fuses".
Please post the output here.

Re: 9XR Pro Screen not working on power up,
Ok, then, do you have an RF module inserted? Does is control a servo? if you turn the radio ON while pressing both horizontal trims to the center, and then connect to the PC, is it recognized by it? If all this fails, please turn your radio ON and measure the voltage between both sides of R9 and gro...

Re: 9XR Pro Screen not working on power up,
Please read Reinhard's post again. That is exactly what you want to do. I bet that R9 is broken. And by the way, inserting or removing the RF module while the radio is ON might cause that R9 to fail. João EDIT: Or did I misunderstood your post and you did did measure R9? if so, what is the measured ...

Re: Q: er9x compatibility with 2021 FW for 4-in-1 MPM (v1.3.2.58 or .61)
Could it be that the changes made to the bootloader (obviously without Mike knowing about it) broke the capability of the MPM being able to be updated by the ErskyTX firmware.. This concerns me because I have a radio with an MPM built in it, and it would be a pain to even flash a new bootloader to i...
