I got mine on the 13th. DHL is fast. The first two units are working as far as I got. Need to do sound and TLM.
Thanks to Mike and Steve, I got all mine working.

Re: [PROBLEM] Flashing Turnigy 9x strange behaviour
Just as a general rule; utp cat-5e is 24 AWG about .51mm and the pins in a 6 pin plug are usually .64mm. This makes a possibly loose fit. If this is so, fix it first.

Re: openXsensor and the new telemetry in OpenTX 2.1
I have been using it since it first came out, probably others are to, just not saying anything. For me, it is hard to keep up with all the new stuff. Is there any mention of crystals like 16 MHz or 27 MHz for the Arduino?

Re: reboots caused by switches
Thinking and learning about this, except removing the caps which I have not tried; all the protection that we can get is needed. Debounce is one thing and RF noise (similar to a lighting strike) is another. The problem did cause two of my junker foamies that I use for testing to crash-- the tx does ...

Re: Installation of MegaSound 9X
Here are some pictures of an alternative way to mount Megasound in 9XR. The advantage of this is that you can get at the micro SD chip and the main programming interface without removing the case and if you have to work on the unit it is immensely easier. (I did not add the serial programming interf...

Re: Turnigy 9x wont controle the receivers after Open9x upgr
I flashed a lot of tx many times and never had it not move the servos if it appeared to work on the display. I think it could be a bad program in the usbasp or bad wiring, I have had those problems.

I really have to second the fact that IC is safer than electric, at our field four guys got chopped up by electrics in three weeks (go to the emergency room!), thank goodness none were life-threatening and little damage has been done since then.

This ground loop really does not affect the circuit and likely will not hurt anything. I have been ignoring this for two years now with no discernible effect, this is because the wires are short.

It appears to me that you have an open some where in the wiring. my tx shows highlighted when the switches are on (that is the only way you can check them to see if they are working i.e. highlighted is off or no connection).

Re: reboots caused by switches
I of course, can not answer these questions. I have found that the reboot problem primarily comes up with the change to the m128 cpu. one reboots often on the menu and exit switch as well as two units rebooting on the horizontal trim grounding error. At least rewiring the trim tab grounds and puttin...

Re: reboots caused by switches
I noted the other remedies that I found and thanks for pointing that out. when you close any of these switches, you are actually closing two switches. my thought was that this didn't matter because you were closing on a closed switch, but with bounce which they all do, you are probably getting many ...

reboots caused by switches
there is no hurry on this as I am in the hospital after having a heart attack, I am ok after surgery. so I am spending my time trying to find a cure for the buttons rebooting the tx. I am using the latest opentx firmware on a stock motherboard with the m64 replaced by an m128. frsky telemetering wit...

Re: Anyone getting interference on a T9X
This is most likely not an antenna problem but a known problem with some turnigy tx's trying to use the same channel. As you noted, Frsky does not have this problem. I switched to a Frsky system before my first flight and have had no problems yet.

Re: Odd behaviour of surfaces when sticky CUT throttle templ
This model does not appear to have the sticky-cut throttle applied correctly to custom switches B and C.
erase (ch3 and ch14 in the mixer) re-establish ch3 as throttle and apply sticky-cut template again.
Channel 2 offset in limits is 100 that looks to high?

Re: Standard Tgy Antenna Mod Q's
You would be much better off if you can solder tiny co-ax to get a pigtail lead with a co-ax fitting such as frsky uses and put that on the back of the module. Then you could change antennas to a higher gain one if you want. You have to make sure that they stay tight though. You are supposed to do a...

Yep. it looks like there are two or more errors in mixer. -509% instead of -gv4 or -gv1, (whatever is supposed to be in here) in channel ch04 and ch03. Offset jumps from one number to the other when edited in companion9x. Also has ??? instead of rud in ch11. It changes Just playing around with it in...
