Re: Gday Folks, noob here

gohsthb, Kilrah, that was very helpful since I now know the difference between eepe and eepm. Did I miss that explanation in the wiki? I just went through the exercise and it works as you said. I have loaded several mixes into my system, by hand, now I understand how to add the mixes I find here fro...

Re: Gday Folks, noob here

I will also be interested to see what responses you get, as even after reading the wiki and reading most of the posts on mixes, I do not understand it well. I have created most of the mix I want for my T-28, but still need to do expo and some subtleties on the elevator and ailerons. I am very unsure...

Re: WTB V1 rx

This may be what you need:
http://www.sdshobby.net/ Item No: CT9B+R8B
They show the TX with RX as a two piece unit. They should have RX available somewhere on the site.

Re: Eurgle 9X now available at r2hobbies

Here is another source I just discovered, SDS Hobby: http://www.sdshobby.net/24g-lcd-remote-control-set-ct9br9b-9-channels-transmitter-and-8-channels-receiver-for-helicopter-airplane-and-sail-plane-p-8527.html It certainly looks right, and is a few dollars less than Nitroplanes. I do not know their ...

Setting Burn-o-mat

This is so simple, I'm embarrassed to ask. I have the Smartie board loaded and I think all your cautions worked It seems to be communicating but I get the following error message: C:\Program Files (x86)\eePe\avrdude.exe -C C:\Program Files (x86)\eePe\avrdude.conf -p m128 -P usb -c usbasp -U flash:w:...

Re: Eurgle 9X now available at r2hobbies

Would this be the correct RX?

This would not work with the Turnigy from HK, correct?

Re: ERSKY9X development rationale and objective comparisons

From the point of view of the manufacturing engineer, even if they stop making the radio, the case and part molds would still exist. I know a guy who gets picture frames made in China for WalMart. Someone like that, or his Chinese agent, could find the molder and get cases cheap. You just need to bu...

Re: New sticks for the 9x

Their three axis gymbal might be the way to build a single stick system, like the old Kraft.
I really liked that because flying was just like real aircraft, you just nudged in a little rudder as needed. Working all the switches might be difficult.

Re: ERSKY9x Questions

Another Option for a N0 Drill case. Would be to replace the Charging jack (pulls right out) with a 8 pin mini DIN connector. <> We would have to make up a usb to mini DIN cable...Just another option to consider. This may be a useful adapter. L-Com has many configurations and cables available http:/...

Re: LiFe Battery Pack

New guy here, so I'm not sure if this will show up, and pretty sure I can't start a new thread, so here it is. An alternate suggested for Tx battery is two Li cells from RC model Reviews: http://www.rcmodelreviews.com/tendollarbattery.shtml It requires a mod to the voltage sensing circuit, but it se...
