Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
At least Galileo shows up in oXs_gps.cpp... Thanks for tip, I will check my configuration a will try to make some tests on weekend. EDIT 9.I. So short report from today`s testing: 1, I checked my OXS config and I have enabled Galileo in oXs_gps.cpp as it is above ( to be exact: in INAV I have BN-20...

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
Hi, guys. I bought Aggressor FPV plane and installed Matek`s F411WSE flight controller there. I`m going to learn something about setup & tuning of INAV, however I noticed an interesting thing: at today`s flying INAV was reporting up to 25 satellites. In INAV I have enabled also Galileo satellite...

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
In oXs_out_frsky.cpp, you can find this code (from line 1612) ... Great thanks, however I was not successful ... Without DS1820 reading to SPORT sychro I had sometimes "peaks" on SatNums caused by SPORT communication problem. With sychro I have peaks on Alt cased by OXS timing influenced ...

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
Michel, is it possible to identify, when SPORT packed was sent?
I need to synchronize OneWire communication with SPORT communication and this seems to me the way: start OneWire communication just after SPORT data were sent.
Thanks, Daniel.

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
It is not a big job but I did it in this way in order to save space in memory? Currently it is already probably not possible to activate all options because the AVR328p chip is short on memory. OK, so let it be. I`m at around 35% used memory including DS1820 one wire files  I do not understan...

When You will do next OXS upgrade, is it big job to modify the communication to use 16-bit array instead of 8-bit?

Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
All ID's from FrSky are defined in file oXs_out_frsky.h e.g. #define A3_FIRST_ID 0x0900 #define A3_LAST_ID 0x090f #define A4_FIRST_ID 0x0910 #define A4_LAST_ID 0x091f Still I fo not directly use those "define". Yes, I tried to modify those definition and nothing happened. I use an array i...

In my opinion, they can do what the hell they want with their protocols, it is THEIR stuff. but what i see is people that don't even OWN their products bashing them because the protocols will not work with their multiprotocol module. Re: New beta version of openXsensor (=openXvario)
I am not sure it should be possible to support this protocol with oXs. This protocol uses 115200 baud rate which is quite fast for oXs because oXs does not use the hardware UART to communicate with the Rx. It uses a sofware serial UART because some protocol like FRSKY uses an inverted signal (not s...

Re: New to openXsensor - GPS and smartport question
1) The GPS has two leds. One for power one for satellite fix. When GPS has a good fix, the green LED starts to blink. oXs does not send data via Smartport before GPS has a good fix OK, you have another type... 2) I would strongly advice NOT to buy the GPS I have. Questions to twincam1449: 1, How do you know, that your GPS fix position? I have two LEDs on GPS, green ( blue) blink when GPS send data to OXS ( 10x per second ), red blink when GPS fix position 1x per second. Until GPS has no fix, OXS doesn`t send data do RX. 2, can you give some photos of your ox...

I read oxs_config_description.h, but it`s not clear from it, whether A0 and A1 can be swapped. It`s better for wiring. Some photos from my yesterday`s build:
