Re: openTx-r2413, sky9x board, optrex lcd, blank screen
yeah that's very similar. It's a V3 board. I'll stick an SD card in there and try again.

openTx-r2413, sky9x board, optrex lcd, blank screen
I have a sky9x (v3) board, optrex lcd, and rotary encoder all running with the latest ersky9x. I wanted to try opentx on it, so I loaded openTx-r2413 (opentx-sky9x-heli-templates-autoswitch-battgraph-ttsen-en-r2413.bin and without battgraph to test) from companiontx. It starts up with the normal inv...

pinout for rotary encoder rev 3 board
What are the pins for connecting the rotary encoder to the rev 3 board? I can only find a bunch of info on the rev b board. These are the connections I need to make http://openrcforums.com/forum/download/file.php?id=1940 , but those pinouts match up with the rev b board, rather than the ones for the...

Re: GPS telemetry screen when GPS loses lock
Hooray! I keep a hiker's GPS in the toolbox, and my phone also does GPS, so it'll be an easy way to find those impossible to find foamies that have turned into confetti in the bean field.

GPS telemetry screen when GPS loses lock
I'm interested in using frsky telemetry with open9x as a lost plane finder. What happens on the telemetry screen when you previously had a GPS lock and it displays a position, but then the plane crashes and either loses GPS lock or power to the rx/telemetry? Will it still show the last known positio...

Another run planned?
I was too late! I didn't get on it fast enough and now V3.0 is sold out. Is there any plans to make more?

Re: Frsky controlling more than 8 channels
I see. If I'm reading that right, the answer is no, the 8ch gear at this point only has the frame width for 8 channels.

Frsky controlling more than 8 channels
So, I can use up 8 channels in a plane pretty easy and I don't see any frsky recievers that have more than 8 channels. Is there any way, either with CPPM or something else, that I can control a second receiver to get me more channels? Or is there some kind of expander that can take the CPPM output a...

using a knob to change the weight of a mix
I'm setting up throttle to aileron mixing to fix one of my planes that has huge torque roll in level flight. I've got the mixing the throttle to the aileron figured out, but I'm trying to figure out how to use a knob to change how much throttle is mixed in to aileron. I've got: CH1 100% AIL 10% THR ...
