Re: Playing audio files when switch is activated.

How did you set them up? Middle position will play after a short configurable delay so that it doesn't play when you go straight from one end to the other. Thanks, I will try that. Update...... Did not help. I did notice that one switch was as I described in my OP, the the other is just the opposit...

Playing audio files when switch is activated.

Have a number of switches set to play an audio file (Special Functions) and they work fine EXCEPT when the switch has three positions. In that case the audio file is never played for any center position. Each "end" position plays just fine every time. Anyone else noticed this?? I'm on a Ta...

Re: Mike B..... Using your app on Taranis Plus running OpenTX

Thanks...... I will check the build options on the module software and recompile if necessary. On the IRangeX there is a jumper that may need to be set as well..... thanks again. If I have success, I will let you know.

Mike B..... Using your app on Taranis Plus running OpenTX

https://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=10953 Reference above thread. I've done everything as the thread suggests with the latest Er9x bootloader (ver 3.0) That boot loader works fine and I can run the flashing app. however when I flash from the app it says FLASH failed. I've tried b...

Does the module have a USB socket on it?

Mike
Yes it does. I've order the items I need to flash a bootloader to the module.

Thank you, Mike.

Re: erskyTX on Taranis Plus??

I now have erskyTX and it's bootloader flashed to my Taranis Plus.

I can enter maintenance mode and select "update module"

Is this the internal module or an external module, for example IRangeX 4 in 1.

Mike B...... If anyone knows the answer it should be you.

Thanks

erskyTX on Taranis Plus??

Found ErSkyTX for Taranis Plus on DL page.

Tried to flash it onto my Plus thru Companion 2.2.3. Looked like it was working then said DONE!!

However, a reboot of the radio gave me the original OpenTX (flash didn't "take").

I assume I did something wrong??

IRX4 Plus

Just got this TX module and have it all configured and working with my 9Xtreme (Smartie Parts) board. The question is why would/should I flash the 9Xtreme firmware FlashMulti_9xt.app (from Er9x.com). What benefit does it provide from the stock firmware that came with the IRX4 Plus?

Thanks

Thanks jhsa..... But the one I refer to I believe had a custom written program, perhaps created by a member here.

And also mentioned a voice entitled "Ana".

But I'll still check you suggestions

Creating own voices

Within the last few days I've seen a thread that covers how to do this.

Now, no matter how I search, I can't find that thread back.

I'm on a 9xtreme, BTW.

Anyone know??

Re: Voice on 9xtreme

I assume you have the trigger set to "BOTH". With this setting, and the filename set to "ThrCut_0", then "ThrCut_0" is played when the switch is turned ON, and "ThrCut_1" is played when the switch is turned OFF. For this to work, the last character of the fil...

Turnigy 9X "scrambles" model setup info??

Anyone ever seen this happen? Awhile back, a Trex 550E I was flying (Naza H for FBL controller) went completely berserk and crashed. During the incident, I had no control of the bird at all. Post crash inspection of the TX showed that several parameters were NOT as I originally set them. For example...

Re: Upgrade or whole new TX

I'm either confused on the question or you're confused on the concept. If you have a 9X already ("original V2 TX") and buy a new 9X ("just buying a complete 9X transmitter")... you then have two 9X's, right? That hasn't really gotten you anywhere. A 9X sold today is virtually id...

I bought the AnyLink so I could maybe fly this little quad from my 9x with er9x installed.

I've never tried to create my own template for a basically "unknown" quad (with regard to channel assignments).

Let's see if I can explain this.... I've looked at the servo test mixes and and the switches that make it happen. I need to be able to set up another switch (a "trigger" switch) that when flipped on causes the TX to cycle the test a given number of times. For example, 10 iterations of the ...
