Re: Taranis x9d update problem (doubts)
But I have read in some forum or website that the best thing is to progressively upload versions. For example 2.0.5 to 2.1.9 to 2.2.4 and finally 2.3.15 If you don't have model configs to preserve you can just go straight to 2.3.15 and start fresh. Upgrading from that far back even in steps would b...

Re: UART Joystick Mode
just tell the model to use the external rf, and hook the external rf up to some cables. Do you agree? For the principle of getting data out yes, but your problem is that nothing on the PC side will turn that data into a generic joystick, whatever receives that data would have to be designed to rece...

The companion app for er9x/opentx can take a jpg/png and swap them in for the built in splash, no need to make an xbm/lbm.

The radio is probably correct but with the wrong firmware loaded, check what version is on there.

lua support and luac have been included by default for ages, the "lua" option only adds support for lua mixer scripts and the related page, the other types are always supported.

There are multiple types of scripts. To be executable from the SD browser it has to be a one-time script.

Re: Glitches on my servos (USM)
Would still suspect power. Not at the receiver but at the servo with the length of the wire. Digital servos can draw current in huge spikes, which over some length and if the wire is too thin can cause significant voltage drop, which can make them glitch/reboot. A multimeter would also be way too sl...

That said Cloudflare is being a pain doing checks pretty much everytime the pain gets loaded, and "rate limits" so much that editing a post too quickly blocks you, definitely shouldn't be like that.

Nope.

Re: Simplify3D V5: Does it still need fixing ?
The fan control commands (M106) include a fan index (P0). The firmware on the printer probably doesn't support that. S3D's pretty well designed so I'd expect there's something e.g. in machine settings to exclude the index. Haven't upgraded to V5 myself, moved over to PrusaSlicer on a server so I cou...

Re: Simplify3D V5: Does it still need fixing ?
It's quite unlikely the slicer would have much to do with it, all it does is tell the printer to "turn the fan on at X% speed", then it's controlled by the printer. Unless there was a bug where it changed the fan settings multiple times per second... would probably have to look at the actu...

You did change the Long Cyc. weight on the heli page rather than the weight on the mixers page, right?
Trying in the simulator and it seems to work just fine. That hasn't changed in many years
