Ok, as soon as I've posted my questions, I've figured out what was wrong. Indeed, it was related to the messed up setup. As mentioned - it happens only the first time I use the switch and also monitor shows that. The other flap works ok and the mixer was copied from the first one, which means, it should have that strange behaviour on both.
