RTC on main screen of T12

Hello all

Does anyone know how to get the clock to show on the screen of the T12. I know the screen is small but it seems pointless having the RTC if we can't see it

Re: Radiomaster TX16S Bricked

Raise a support call with RadioMaster. They are very responsive. You are going to have to put the radio into DFU mode. Download and install Zadig. This will install the relevant drivers. Then you should be able to get to the radio even switched off. But as I say open a support case.

Re: Binding to Radioking TX18S

The XK series normally use S-FHSS so try that protocol when binding. You have to put the receiver in the plane in bind mode. There is normally a button on the side of the controller that allows you to do this. Read your XK800 manual. WLToys normally use FlySky protocol on their models. FlySky comes ...

Re: New RadioKing TX18S ?

So I went ahead and bought one and am VERY happy with the purchase. On the outside it is a RadioMaster TX16S but inside it is 100% a Jumper T18 but with all the niggles sorted. The SD-Card module is properly soldered, the internal charging works and apart from the screen there are no ribbon cables. ...

Heli Cyclic mixing not working in EEPE

Hi Mike The heli template and associated cyclic mixing seems to be broken. When I invoke the template I do indeed get all the mixes populated and I themn have to rearrange them for AETR but even once done cyc1 (ail) does not move in sync with CYC's 2 and 3. Likewise neither does the cyclic to thrott...

Re: Turnigy 9X Telemetry Alarm

Thanks Mike, I now see that in the manual :-( Thats the problem when trying to read a manual on a phone...you miss a lot. 1,2 ,3 ,4... – This repeats a file or event every “n” seconds, from 1 to 30 seconds. Once again many thanks both for the assistance and most importantly for keeping ER9X alive. M...

Re: Turnigy 9X Telemetry Alarm

Hi Mike Thanks for reply and yes that works. However it only beeps once when the value drops below a given threshold. Is there a way I can get it to continually alert for as long as RSSI is below a given value. In OpenTX I would use a logical switch and define a repeat count in there but the logical...

Turnigy 9X Telemetry Alarm

Hi guys I have done the telemetry mod to an old M64 T9X and I am getting RSSI and Volts from my MP module. I can also see all the various protocols from the module which is great. However I would like to setup some audible alarms from when RSSI gets low. Under the telemtry section there are options ...

New RadioKing TX18S ?

Hi Guys

Do we know if this new clone of a clone of a clone.....will be supported by OpenTX anytime soon. It seems to be a Jumper T18 dressed in RadioMaster TX16S clothing.

Adding voice support to 9x

Hi all

All the original voice modules are now long gone so I was wondering if anyone has had success with this module. I have used it to add voice to my Devo radios so am hoping it will work with the 9x as well.

Re: OpenTX on Jumper T8SG v3 series

Actually I was looking at what was printed on the MB of my T12 which says T8SG-OPEN-TX V1 but now opening up my brand new TX8 I see they use different MCU's The TX8 uses an STM32F103RE with 512K Flash 64K RAM whereas the T12 uses an STM32F205VE with 512K flash and 128K RAM However these are NOT Devo...

OpenTX on Jumper T8SG v3 series

Hi guys

The newer variants of Jumper and RadioMaster T8/TX8 seem to use the exact same motherborad as the T12. It is even marked as such on the board. Has anyone successfully replaced DeviationTX with OpenTX on one of these ?

Thanks

Re: Update versions for TGY9X

Hi Mike

No where do I find that image. When I go to your Er9X page I only see rev 821.

I have one of the newer 128 9X's

Also sorry no, I have no need of voice or telemetry for this radio so haven't done those mods.

Thanks

Update versions for TGY9X

Hi I am currently running ver 822 and was wondering if there are any plans for a further update to support more of the newer protocols on the MP module. As it stands right now up to protocol #39 I get a protocol name, after that I just get a number which is meaningless. On my T12 I have all 67 named....

Internal XJT module DoA

I have always placed the Taranis in high esteem but this has been somewhat tarnished via an unfortunate discovery. Back in 2014 I bought two brand new X9D (the original not the Plus). One of them I have only ever used as a buddy unit for my son(s) and so never had need to use or test the internal XJ...

Re: OTX 2.3.1, x9d plus: Now will not bind

Interesting.....I have an original x9d that has only ever been used as a buddy box trainer. Today I decided to upgrade it and the master to OTX2.3.1 and randomly decided to test the internal XJT module to find it does not work. I have had the radio since 2014 and never ever tested the module so cann...

Re: ER9X Multi Module Support ?

Perhaps they pertain to the sub-protocols. I will play and feedback anything I discover.

Do you have any plans to support the telemetry capabilities of the module or does that require a hardware mod on the 9x as was the case with the FrSky module ?

Re: ER9X Multi Module Support ?

Just in way of some more feedback. I have now upgraded both radios, one 64 the other 128. I have tested DSM, DSM2, FrSky, FlySky v1 and V2 and Devo
On the M64 build the Devo protocol does not work. I have tried all the options in there and no joy. Same Multi-module in the 128 radio works fine.

Thanks Mike, appreciate the swift reply. Actually I have one very old Flysky 9x and one of the very latest TGY-9x's that supports 2AFHDS. I am assuming the latest one has an M128 chip. I seem to remember that if the solder pad is on pin 8 then it is an old chip but if on pin 6 it is a 128 ?? I have ...
