Re: Taranis QX7 bluetooth
Hi! Need help please! I've added BT module to Taranis x9d+19 according to this manual - https://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=97&t=10791&start=150#p154189 But it's not working! My smartphone can see Taranis BT but can't pare, and there is also no internal BT address appears in the ...

Taranis X9D+ 19 Bluetooth support, external or internal
Hi! 1.Is it possible to mirror S.port telemetry to sport plug located in battery bay, as it was in previous Taranis? Is there any particular reason why it is not possible? 2. There is also Bluetooth telemetry option in the FW, but as I understand there is no BT module installed in the Taranis. Will ...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
I agree that if audio module can't be connected directly it's a pity to waist time for it.
Does QX7 has soldering pads to add more switches and pots? It would be great to make it similar to X9D in terms of switches and sliders amount.

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
After Taranis Q X7 entered the market with the price of 115$ investing any more money to 9X looks pretty weired to me.
Adding a voice module for couple of bucks looks quite reasonable, but sure not for 60$.

What is the final decision on this module?
Should I order it?

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
I absolutely agree that the mod must be useful for everyone, I just said my opinion that it's better to use Trainer for Audio and I believe same will be for most of the pilots, but sure not for all of them. This is not 100% universal solution unfortunately, but not the worst one if there are no any ...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Never used trainer port in my life. :) It's definitely much more use of Audio option rather than trainer port, not to mention it's very easy to switch it back and forth for different use. Do you mean there is no currently any free TX-RX pins at the CPU to use with audio module except of the trim swi...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Mike, thank you very much for your reply! Luckily I have 128 cpu and I can buy the module and test the FW, and there is no need for models backup. At the same time it looks like it's even better to use arduino with conversion code to make this module to work. In any case I can do whatever you say, i...

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
There are two my posts with different modules one after another. The second post was about module used with Devo, so I posted the datasheet for it. Looks like it's better than the first one that I just found occasionally. What do you think - is there any chance to use the second module from DEVO pro...

May be it was long time ago when it was slow. Due to many videos at youtube it works very fast.
Anyway is this module supported now? It there any schematics how to connect it?

Re: Audio (voice) - Stock 9X PCB
Can this cheap MP3 player be controlled directly from CPU without trainer port use? I'm not very good at electronics, but isn't it just two commands to be send to MP3 player board - file number to select, and play. Can it be done just with one wire directly from CPU? I desperately need only main voi...

Re: Zero Alt doesn't work
Thank you Mike as always. Sorry for wasting your time, but I couldn't figure it all out from the manual, and it was so simple. I wish the manual would be more detailed, but it requires some more community efforts to do that.

Re: Zero Alt doesn't work
When I changed GAlt to Alt at the telemetry screen it show 0 from the beginning. GpsAltMain ticked. Is that correct behavior? I can't fly the drone right now to check alt change.

Zero Alt doesn't work
Hi,
I have er9x-pr820 frsky 128 V1.647
When I get 3D fix I see Galt at the screen become 29.0, then I press Zero Alt from pop up menu but Galt keeps the same value as before.
How can this be fixed?

Re: Er9x NEW User's Manual
I have one more question I didn't find in the manual:
What happens to FRSky DJT module alarms for RSSI and Battery Voltage after flashing radio with er9xProv821g?
Will they act as before?

Re: GPS beep alarm
I have to clarify - this noise happens only when USBASP is connected and starts right after flashing. When I switch on the radio without USBASP everything looks fine. Alarms are working properly.
That strange noise is not a "beep" sound it's kind of AC current rattle.
