Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions
I have never flashed any new firmware since installing the board. Is using eepskye the way to go? I will backup EEPROM and Flash before attempting to install the new firmware.

Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions
I have version V. 3531-Mike
08.01.2016... I assume this is why I don't see XFIRE?
I could update it to the latest ERSKYTx, but am afraid of losing all my settings! Unfortunately I am no seasoned user

Re: ERSKYTx (was ersky9x) Questions
I am running the Turnigy 9X with the 9xtreme board (ersky9x). If I understand correctly, the TBS Crossfire module needs to use the CRSF protocol, however I do not see this as an option on my radio. Is there a way for me to get this running? I don't want my tx signal to cut out just as I'm behind a b...

Re: Script Language
Mike - thanks for all your work towards this scripting in Ersky9X. I am running ersky9x on my 9xtreme board in the Turnigy 9X. Now I hope to run a script that allows me to work with my KISS FC and software. I see @midelic has used one for Betaflight successfully. Anyone know about the same for KISS ...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
Next time you have a question please don't hijack an unrelated thread. Find a relevant thread or start a new one. That way we can keep a little bit of order in the discussion. :) I wasn't aware I could hijack my own thread. I also indicated a reason for doing so, and as I was receiving replies here...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
Setting the module protocol to PXX automatically configures the SPort telemetry protocol. Just checking, have you wired the black telemetry wire to the bottom pin of the module connector? Mike. I am chatting with Jhsa about it now. I changed the protocol to PXX and yes, the wires are correctly done...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
There must be a setting in the ersky9x Telemetry Menu that enables telemetry or something along these lines?
Even rx voltage shows 0.0v in the telemetry menu.

FasV also shows no values in the Scaler window.Kilrah wrote:The Naze definitely doesn't send anything on A3 or A4. Normally it should use VFAS and the value should be available as is, no scaling or anything needed.

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
Thank you for those two tips - I added the rx low voltage as a warning message for low battery warning. The scalers show no information on A3 or A4... something isn't right. It does show a value of 115F under 'Batt'. But does this refer to the 9X battery? I also saw Int. Frsky Alarm as an option and...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
I have a question on FrSky telemetry but did not want to start a new topic. I have S.port connected on my X4R and want to use Voice Alarm 1. So I set source to A3 and v<val to 360 (3.6V). For the voice to play I selected filetype: Number and now I do not know which voice file to use!? Or how to 'dem...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
I can't hear it in your video, although that doesn't mean ot isn't there! Is it loud enough to be a problem when flying, when there is other noise around, or is it only when you are in a quiet place it is noticable? Just trying to get a feel for the level of the problem. Mike. I have good ears, thi...

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
Thank you... the pencil eraser seems to have fulfilled its task well!
However, the speaker hiss (or buzz to my ears) is still present. It can be heard in my video and is identical to others who have reported the same.

Re: Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
The connection between the 9Xtreme and the original board is not working. The "SWITCH ERROR" is coming from the original board firmware that has not updated. Please remove the 9Xtreme and clean the pads the spring pins contact. Mike. I do not understand which pads or spring pins you are r...

Switch Error does not go away + speaker hiss
Hi guys, Installed the 9Xtreme board and sits happily in its host body! But I keep getting switch error... in the video I purposely put throttle higher and 3 pos switch to 2nd position. After I correct it as per the lady's instructions it still continues to tell me switch error, even though everythi...
