Virus warning

When I installed 2.1.7 I received a Virus warning from Avast for the file Win32:Evo-gen. I disable Avast temporarily and recommenced the installation. Now when I run Companion I get the warning for the same file, seems to be to do with the simulator, but Companion otherwise runs OK. Is there a preferred way to get around this without disabling my AntiVirus program?

Still unsure why it is happening, more information at https://github.com/opentx/opentx/issues/3205. It is most probably a false positive.
