Tame V922 / FBL 100

Post by crashaus »

This is a fairly simple setup I'm using for a v922, I'm still learning to fly CP after messing about with a V911. I have tamed it right down and it's now quite easy to fly.

Figured it could be handy for others that are going from a relatively easy to fly FP heli into a V922 as their 1st CP.

Perfect timing. Came here to search for settings for my first cp heli (V922), clicked unread posts and there it was! Thanks :)

Unfortunately I'm getting an error trying to read the file with the latest eepe (rev 393). Maybe if you just save the model to a .eepm file it might work?

It looks like an OpenTX for Taranis model. You can open it in companion9x and replicate it manually.

Sorry should have said, I saved it using the latest Companion 9x which works on both er9x & opentx. I'm running OpenTX on a Turnigy 9x - I have found it easy enough to transfer simple models back & forth between opentx & Er9x since I have tried both on my 9x. They really are very very similar but I'm thinking of upgrading to a taranis sometime in the future so I'm sticking with Opentx.

The main thing that seems to need checking/changing if you are running er9x is the curves, sometimes they don't look right.

When I get home I'll save it again as eepm for er9x to make it easier.

Opened it in companion 9x, changed companion9x settings to be er9x instead of opentx - it really is as easy as that, no need to replicate anything manually ;)

I checked the curves are ok and saved it differently in companion9x (2nd save option) and confirmed I could open it in eepe - should be right to go for you now :)

Thanks much! It opened fine with eepe. Sounds like I need to check out Companion 9x...
