Help with setup on heli on Taranis xd9+

I have a xk f100 heli I'm having trouble with.
I can't seem to get the throttle to engage.
When I run the simulator in OpenTX I've missed something.
If someone could download and look at the eepe file and tell me where I went wrong I'd appreciate it.
