I just got a new x10s express and noticed on Frsky's web site that there is a new internal RF module firmware. My Tx has, ISRM-S-X-10E 1.1.0/1.1.3 FCC
The new firmware is ISRM-S-X10E_2.1.0. It does not specify that it is for FCC radios. How can I tell if it is for non-eu radios, or does it even matter. I noticed that firmware for receivers comes in both eu and non-eu. I'm just not sure and don't want to flash the wrong firmware to my TX

ACCESS radios do not use different FCC/EU firmware anymore, one for all and the region is stored separately.
