Got it and tested. Seems to be reading right now on both voltage sensors.
Thanks for your work on this Mike - makes a massive difference working with kit that I know as well as learning the ins and outs of the FrSky stuff I've got now.

OK, you should now also be able to display Cus1, Cus2 and Cus3 on a custom display, and see what they show if you get a poor link.

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
Finally have had chance to fly with the new firmware on the Tx and module and I can report it works perfectly.
Pascal has one of my receivers that has caused problems with the stock Global ID to test with but I'm happy enough for now. Everything is working well and the additions of the telemetry items are really useful just for general monitoring as I'm used to seeing the values on the i10 transmitters so can relate to them easily.

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
I just flashed the 221g6 fw on my 9XRPRO and I can only display rssi 75, tssi 246 and Rx voltage but none of my two sensors; I use both STM and 328 4-1 module.
Is there something to do ?

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
What are the two sensors you are using? I don't have any AFHDS2A hardware, so will need this information, possibly together with a raw log of the telemetry data to see what needs to be decoded.

The problem is we don't know the identifier and format of this telemetry data. Please create a raw log file of the telemetry data so I can try to work out what these might be. Go here: http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic ... ng#p123508, to see how to crate a raw log file. The DEBUG menu is UP LONG, then left or right a few times from the main screen.

OK Mike, I will do that but I do apologosise for the delay: in my french farwest the web don't work all the days...
If you agree I could send you the Rx and the sensors, it would be easier, I purchased it just for experimentation.

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
Did a quick test tonight after doing a bit of rewiring on one of the planes and decided to put a low pack voltage alarm in place. I've noticed that the FasV value seems to be flickering quite a bit. I can almost make out it flicking down to 0.0 but it happens so quick it's hard to tell properly.
I've attached a raw log of it happening, but not sure it'll catch it at all. Not noticed it before, but then again I've only just got this model set up and it's had 3 flights in total so most of the time I was concentrating on trims and control throws instead of pack voltage (which in hindsight was a bad idea as I hit low voltage cutout on the last flight!).
Currently I'm running 221 release version, not a test version so don't know if there's been many changes since that release but I'll be led by Mike's guidance on that

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
This one has the FlySky AVT-01 voltage sensor. Same one I've used on a couple of others. Need to do a test on my plane with the CVT-01 voltage sensor and see if that performs differently but that may have to wait until morning as it's buried in the hangar

I use Frsky receivers, multi module and the oXs (openXsensor) on most of my models. All radios with Ersky9x latest test version. My FasV behaves properly..

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
The FasV on the AFHDS2A receivers is populated from a different telemetry source to the FrSky ones. Probably where the difference is coming in.
I've just found the new 222a4 release (hadn't realised the test thread was live again) so have uploaded that and will give it a test now...

A raw telemetry log (not actually attached a few posts back) should help me pin this down.

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
I can't see why this is happening, the raw data looks OK. You could go to the Telemetry|Logging menu and check the "tick" at the right of the screen for FasV. Is this solid or is it flickering?
It seems the FasV value may be being set from two places, I may need create a special test firmware to try to find where this may be happening. I assume you don't have any scripts running.

The tick is solid at the right of FasV in the logging menu.
Have tried another receiver/sensor and I still see the same problem with the voltage flicking back to 0.0.
No scripts running at all, in fact the test I've just done has nothing other than a bound receiver and sensor.

One last check before I try to build a test version, please confirm you don't have a scaler set to write to the FasV value.

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
Hello all...
I'm new to erskytx, but learning a lot. However, one thing is giving me trouble.
I'm running the latest r222 firmware on a QX7 (I didn't see anything about this in the QX7 forum), and version 1.2.1.61 on the Banggood multiprotocol module.
I'm using an fs-ia6b receiver, and a CVT-01 battery voltage sensor.
Can someone tell me (or point me to a document) describing how to set it up in ERSkyTx?
RSSI seems to be working, so it looks like telemetry is working.
Thank you for your time.
Ed

Re: Banggood 4in1 module, Flysky AFHDS2A and Telemetry
I probably need to handle Flysky extended telemetry for that to work. To help me it would be useful to see the raw telemetry data from the device.
Set up a logging switch, then go to the DEBUG menu (UP LONG then RIGHT a few times) and press MENU LONG twice to Raw logging to "Hex".
Now, with everything running, turn the logging on for (say) 10 seconds, then turn it off.
Find the log file, zip it up and either post it or send it to me.
