SD card no longer accessible from PC after 2.01

I've updated to 2.01 and, since doing so, can no longer see the SD card as a USB drive in Windows Explorer (Win 7).

Everything else seems to work, I can update TX firmware, read and save models etc. I also get the normal USB device connect and disconnect sounds.

If I remove the SD card and read directly from the PC it is fine.

Is it something I'm doing?

I have tried searching for help but can't find anything.

When turning on the radio, hold the left/right trims inward.

The system will start in a boot loader mode where you can either flash a firmware, or enable USB drive.

Is this documented somewhere? It looks like people don't find the info. It could be also that some people don't care about reading it and then don't know what to do..
