What revision did you upgrade from?
If it was quite old, then it was probably before the change from using numbered voice file to using named voice files.
Check the SD card to see if it has a directory "/voice/system" containing files with names (particularly names like N00.wav) rather than numbers.

1. Please check you don't have the volume set to 0. There should be a volume bar showing on the main screen.
2. Please go to the MODELSETUP|VoiceAudio menu, edit a Voice Alert, go down to the bottom and select the filetype to "name", then go to the Voice file entry and press MENU LONG. This should bring up a list of files. If it says "No Files" then the SD card doesn't have the files on it in the correct place.

Re: not voice on my turnigy 9xr pro
On the SD card you should have a directory in the root called "voice".
In that directory should be 3 sub-directories called "system", "user" and "modelNames".
Go to http://www.er9x.com//SdCard/SdCard.zip, download the file.
This has a directory called SDcard in it. Go into this directory and you will see a directory called "voice", just drag and drop this directory onto the root of your SD card.
You should then have all the voice files you need.
