Re: ERSKY9x Rev. B1 User Area
Been using c9x a lot lately, and after I switched to 2.11 of sam-ba, I haven't had a single problem. On windows and Linux 64bit.

Do you use sam-ba 2.12? There are some troubles with it. Works fine with 2.11.

Re: Boot probleem r1331
I have looking through Frsky.cpp and I can't find a reason why negative wouldn't work. The important variables are all int16_t. Maybe I was fooled by the automatic offset.
I will test it further, but first a Leffe beer and watching Snow White and the Huntsman with my wife..

Re: Boot probleem r1331
I couldn't find any negative altitude info either. But the problem is that I fly under sea level. We have dikes here in holland! So the start level is negative. I could keep an offset in the sensorhub to correct it. But can someone acknowledge that the Frsky sensorhub and field display don't report ...

Boot probleem r1331
Today I couldn't get the transmitter on. It was stuck on the boot animation. Some dots on the screen.. I had to remove the battery. Open9x revision 1331. Boot logo was disabled. And I had a momentary custom switch > 100m with a play value ALT. And it kept playing. But I am using my own sensonhub and...

I just tested summon arm tool chain and I could compile that one. And open9x compiles too. Is there any experience with this tool chain? Is it save to use?

Re: Bluetooth @ ARM
I just did compile yagarto without any real problem. And I added the bin directory in front of the PATH. But I get the same error: sh: 1: arm-none-eabi-gcc: not found make: *** [gccversion] Fout 127 And if I search the yagarto directory for arm-none-eabi-gcc, I cannot find it. In the bin directory o...

Nice. I try to compile it myself on Ubuntu 12.04.
I installed many arm packages. But I keep getting arm-none-eabi-gcc not found.
Is there a list of necessary packages?

I do have the one with a heatsink. And it seems like the standard operating voltage is up to 85C.
And could heat cause a USB cable detection?
Using 170mA by the way.

Re: Open9x @ ersky9x crash
The USB was indeed detected inflight. I have to open transmitter to see, but I don't think a short caused it. All shrink tubed and hot glued. Could a little sweat on the connector caused it? But I don't even touch the connector itself, it is to deep. How hot may the Cpu be? The radio can be flashed ...

Open9x @ ersky9x crash
I had a crash yesterday with my EasyGlider Pro. It landed in a corner field! Been searching for an hour before I found it. Found it by looking at the RSSI! It was almost unharmed luckily. What happend. I lost control at 100 meters, while it relatively slowly circled down. I looked at my transmitter ...

That is a rs232 to ttl converter. That will work on a old serial port, not for usb.

Re: The Mr. Ersky & Mrs. Bluetooth affair
As far as I know it is a ttl cable without power supply. When you add power it should be possible. But I think a ftdi cable from hobbyking or rctimer is easier and cheaper. A ftdi does also supply power. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=24779 http://www.rctimer.com/...
